Vishy Venugopalan
Managing Partner
Vishy is an experienced venture capital investor, having led investments in high-tech startups at corporate and institutional venture capital teams. His investing experience has given him extensive knowledge of analytics, automation and fintech and enterprise software startups while also understanding what makes them successful in real use cases.
Prior to Weave, Vishy served on investment teams at Citi Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners and Longworth Venture Partners. He was also a seed-stage entrepreneur, having started Whalelogix, an angel-backed online retail personalization startup.
Vishy received an M.Eng. in Computer Science and an S.B. in Cognitive Science from MIT, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the Wharton School
Vinay Bachireddy
Managing Partner
Having had experiences in both running companies and investing in companies, Vinay has a unique purview that enables him to understand the realities on the ground while positioning the business to scale long-term.
Vinay has spent over a decade in investing and finance at Q Investments, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, and the Grassroots Business Fund, an impact investing venture from the IFC/World Bank. He has also served as an executive/operator of HRO Resources, a business services company headquartered in Austin, TX. Vinay’s industry expertise includes financial services, business services, and insurance.
Vinay received a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School.
Austin Neudecker
Managing Partner
Austin is a seasoned operator and repeat founder. As head of growth at Rev.com, he led an AI-powered transcription business from zero to $5M+ in revenue in under 2 years. He is an alum of Silicon Valley's Y Combinator program.
Prior to Weave, Austin worked in venture capital at Comcast Ventures and sourced deals for Foundation Capital. As a strategy consultant, Austin’s teams drove billions of dollars in operational & supply chain efficiencies at Fortune 50 companies. He also co-founded Startup San Diego, a community organization helping regional entrepreneurs get off the ground.
Austin attended the Wharton School for his MBA and MIT for his undergraduate degrees in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering and Management Science.
